About the role

Junior Claims Adjuster – Permanent

Barnescraig & Associates, part of the DWF Group, is currently recruiting a junior level (1 to 3 years) adjuster or examiner for its insurance claims adjusting business in Vancouver, Canada.

 

The Claims Adjuster will have responsibility for and progress a caseload of insurance claims to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery, both internally and externally, whilst maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement.

About you

We are keen to hear from well organized, energetic, articulate, and methodical candidates who have a minimum of 1 year adjusting or examining experience in the field of commercial lines, liability or casualty insurance claims, that are looking to advance their career into the exciting world of casualty/liability adjusting. The successful applicant is one that is thirsty of knowledge and willing to be mentored by some of the most experienced and successful casualty/liability adjusters in Canada.

 

Completion of, or working towards, the CIP/FCIP is an asset.

 

The successful applicant will be based at our Vancouver office with the option of also working from home. The position is primarily focused on casualty/liability claims.
