DWF is looking for an Associate, 3-5 years PQE, with a strong background in non-contentious Private Client Law to join our Private Capital team.

This role represents an exceptional opportunity to join our growing Private Capital team handling a broad range of high quality work covering all aspects of non-contentious Private Client law, including wills and estate administration, wealth management, trust administration for high value clients. The role also encompasses working closely with our Contentious Trusts and Probate and Tax teams and advising major banks and insurance providers across the UK.

The Private Capital team is currently evolving and as such this role presents exceptional opportunities for career progression in an environment which promotes growth both personally and professionally.

We are keen to hear from candidates with verifiable experience acting in relation to on wills, estate planning and trust and estate administration; Court of Protection experience is also desirable. STEP qualification or commitment to achieving it is essential. .

This role will be a hybrid position with a minimum of 50% of time to be spent in the office and can be based in any of DWF's regional offices (Manchester or Liverpool).
