DWF's Sustainable Business & ESG advisory practice is looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join our team and help expand our practice's offering.

We're seeking a sustainability consultant to help us deliver our ambitious vision. This role involves integrating ESG considerations into all aspects of our services, with a focus on business integrity challenges such as diversity, equity and inclusion, ethical conduct and culture and wider corporate governance and compliance frameworks. Your focus will be on driving value creation and managing risk using your consulting skillset. Your Role will Involves:

• Being part of a team delivering consulting-led legal advisory projects from risk assessment, remediation, monitoring and reporting on sustainable business issues.
• Translating risk management, compliance, and governance principles into tangible business outcomes for sustainable strategies.
• Analysing sustainability policies and supporting the development of roadmaps and action plans for clients.
• Being aware of global ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Developing a solid understanding of Sustainable Business & ESG advisory services.
• Assisting in the creation of compelling proposals and pitches for ESG-related projects.
• Contribution to thought leadership and business development activities to further grow and expand our sustainability services.

To Thrive in This Position, You'll Need:

• A commercial background and experience of sustainable business consulting services, focusing on social and governance areas including diversity, equity and inclusion, business ethics, organisational culture and compliance frameworks.
• Some experience of conducting risk assessments, gap analysis, detailed policy review and development of route maps for remediation.
• Demonstrated success in supporting teams to deliver engagements with a sustainability advisory perspective.
• Resilience, enthusiasm, and a passion for responsible business practices.
• Proactive and results-orientated. Self-starter and fast learner.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engagements with a Sustainability and ESG focus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
