As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to execute top-tier projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints. Comfort with hands-on collaboration in a team setting, as well as leading, implementing, and delivering projects within our hybrid agile/Waterfall project framework, is essential.

About you

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

 

  • Proven track record in delivering complex technology and business change projects, preferably within the insurance sector or insurance technology.
  • Hands-on business analysis role, identifying efficiencies, documenting requirements, and analysing business processes.
  • Ensuring clear documentation of requirements for stakeholders and alignment with project scopes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and technical experts to define business requirements aligned with business and IT strategies.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently, aligning them with business requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile.
  • Defining, planning, managing, reporting, and communicating project activity effectively.
  • Ability to be 'hands-on' and persuade key stakeholders to embrace change, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
