Senior Project Manager – Innovation & Digital - UK Offices – Permanent

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead teams in delivering high-quality projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints. Comfort with hands-on collaboration, leading, implementing, and overseeing our hybrid agile/waterfall project framework is crucial.

About you

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

 

  • Proven track record in delivering complex technology and business change projects, especially in insurance or insurance technology.
  • Experience leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently while aligning with business requirements.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Developing, validating, and maintaining project activities, reporting on progress.
  • Hands-on approach to driving change and persuading stakeholders.
  • Understanding and overseeing software development and system implementation lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects.
