About the role

As an Invoicing Process Support, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining strong process governance & accuracy of on-boarding matter & client data NBI, Payors, and Matter Maintenance, including management of the inbox
  • Working closely with the P180 Insurance Billing Project
  • Liaising with business users to educate them on the Payor process
  • Maintaining strong process governance and accuracy of the on-boarding process
  • Providing appropriate challenge in respect of incorrect and poor quality data that will impact the Invoicing process and ongoing WIP management
  • Working closely with the Invoicing Improvement Leads to identify trends and drive change

About you

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills in order to meet targets and deadlines
  • Detail oriented approach with significant emphasis on achieving a high quality of work
  • Proactive / self-starter with positive can do attitude
  • Excellent verbal & written communication;
  • Flexible approach to working hours;
  • Ability to investigate and suggest solutions
  • A confident user of Microsoft Excel to intermediary level
