Our Catastrophic Personal Injury team at DWF Bristol are currently hiring for an Associate

The Catastrophic Injury team at DWF LLP is one of the largest in the UK and is nationally recognised. We act for a large number of insurers, many of whom are household names, dealing with complex, catastrophic and large loss claims. The team deals with a range of files including RTA and EL/PL matters.

Our Associates provide assistance to busy Partners by undertaking day to day tasks on a caseload of catastrophic injury claims (both litigated and non-litigated). The candidate will demonstrate the technical and commercial expertise necessary to assist with the delivery of results within required time frames and to provide the highest service level to clients. Depending upon the level of technical competence and the rate of development, the candidate will be assisted with developing a caseload of large loss claims and in time becoming a recognised catastrophic injury lawyer in their own right

• 4-6 Years PQE
• Experience within Defendant Cat Loss and EL/PL work
• Strong academic background; Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
• Highly ambitious, committed to excellence, and possessing a progressive mindset to distinguish oneself from others
